Welcome to the Hid in My Heart Scripture! By subscribing to or purchasing from our service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your purchase.

1. Subscription Overview

Hid in My Heart offers monthly and annual Scripture memory subscription plans, as well as one-time purchases of individual products, bundles, and grab bags. These products are designed to help busy Christian women memorize Scripture using tools such as silicone bracelets, pocket cards, and other memory aids.

2. Subscription Plans and One-Time Purchases

Monthly Subscription: By enrolling in our monthly subscription, you will receive a new set of Scripture memory tools each month. Your payment method will be automatically charged on the same date each month until canceled. Enroll by the 20th to get the next month's bundle. After the 20th, you will get the month after next as your first month.

Annual Subscription: Our annual subscription offers a full year of Scripture memory tools at a discounted rate. These purchases are a subscription and are charged annually. You will receive products on a monthly basis for 12 months per annual subscription payment. Enroll by the 20th to get the next month's bundle. After the 20th, you will get the month after next as your first month the time of purchase.

One-Time Purchases: One-time purchases are available for individual products, bundles, and grab bags.

3. Payment and Billing

Payment Methods: Payments for both subscriptions and one-time purchases will be processed using the payment method you provide at checkout.

Recurring Payments: For subscriptions, your payment method will be billed automatically based on your selected plan (monthly or annual).

One-Time Purchases: Charges for one-time products, bundles, or grab bags are processed at the time of purchase.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at [email protected]. Monthly cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and annual cancellations will apply to the end of the yearly term.

Refunds: All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for partially used subscription periods or one-time purchases. Exceptions may be made in cases of defective or non-received items.

5. Shipping

Shipping Schedule: For subscription plans, products will be shipped on a monthly basis, by the 22nd of each month. One-time purchases, bundles, and grab bags will be shipped within 5 business days of the order.

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees may apply, depending on your location and the selected shipping method, and will be calculated at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Shipments: If you experience any issues with your shipment (e.g., lost or damaged items), please contact us within 30 days to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund, as applicable.

6. One-Time Purchase Products

Hid in My Heart offers various Scripture memory tools for one-time purchase, including individual products, special bundles, and grab bags. These items are not part of the recurring subscription and are charged at the time of purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Hid in My Heart subscription and products, including written materials, designs, and product imagery, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our explicit permission.

8. Usage Guidelines

The Hid in My Heart products and subscription materials are intended for personal use only. Redistribution, sharing, or commercial use of these materials without prior consent is prohibited.

9. Changes to Subscription Plans and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our subscription service, one-time products, or terms and conditions at any time. Any updates will be communicated via email and posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Liability Disclaimer

Hid in My Heart is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or subscription services.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of AL/United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
